Man, oh, man! It MUST be a full moon…and we are definitely full OF the moon today, revealed in both our deep-dive discussion of the potentially life-stealing lunar luminary, as well as by the inherent looniness that we seem stricken with of late. Whew. That was a tough sentence. But things are off-kilter for sure – sounds, devices, feelings, voices… heck, Josh and I were even texting our concern to each other over the vocal change in our friend and guest Nkululeku Duma (Nuka Cola!) when he joined us today…who then revealed he was ill with swollen throat glands. If you wash the milk off the stick after you strain the mix, you can let it dry for reuse in your next mix. When it stops smelling like spice, use a new stick. I also read never use soy milk to make it, needs more fat to work)
