To date, there have been 102 Chinese outbound mergers-and-acquisitions deals announced this year, amounting to $81.6 billion in value, according to Dealogic. That’s up from 72 deals worth $11 billion in the same period last year. Thousands of American factories, destroyed by more than 30 thousand new regulations that walk and talk like taxes, without representation, are being bought up by Chinese investors. All the equipment is being shipped to China, making it virtually impossible for American manufacturing to make a speedy recovery. Lead times for tooling, conveyors, and processing equipment have been blown from 3 months to as much as 3 years for plants wanting to start up production. American factories are failing because American investors are being punished for investing in them by the current Administration. I implore people to stop selling to the Chinese, but when they are the only ones with money, it is hard to resist. Don’t miss a minute of tonight’s broadcast.
