Adm. James Stavridis, formerly NATO’s top military commander and now dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, said in an email last week that Russia’s highly assertive and aggressive regime uses the tools of the Cold War, albeit with a high degree of technical improvement and much more money. Seemingly with the help of the Obama administration, they could be building facilities on the bottom of the sea right over vital cables that can be manned by experts to perfectly accomplish their goal. That goal is the compromise or interruption of 95% of American financial activity and nearly 100% naval communication activities. The American middle class has been eliminated by Obama, plunging 51% of working families into poverty. The Russians have won before even pulling the trigger.
