A new Bill was introduced in the Wisconsin State Legislature that will provide a criminal penalty for the retail and use of fetal body parts.
This comes after Pro-life activists recorded over 300 hours of video footage capturing medical research employees and Planned Parenthood top officials wheeling and dealing aborted baby body parts.
Federal law already prohibits an individual from knowingly acquiring, receiving, or carting of human organs under 42 U.S. Code § 289g–2:, according to an Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau.
