The hunt for online perverts is stepping up in the UK with 700 arrested, and we cover the fact that this may well be a good first step, but thats all it is – a start! This is one of the problems of the internet, the dark side of it.
Another side of the internet that the government would love us to believe is dark, is that of the online hacktivists. Anonymous are the main group with everyone has heard of, and they are back in the news this week as they prepare to launch ISIS trolling day. We discuss anonymous and the various ops they embark on.
Something that anonymous would definately protest would be the introduction of any national ID cards, yet that is exactly what is being debated in the UK right now as they ridiculously suggest that they will protect against terror attacks. Really? We discuss this and other big brother related topics.
Then in part 2 our friend Joe Joseph joins the show and we discuss a variety of topics including quantum computing, AI & more!
