At the same time as these talks were taking place, Egypt announced that an agreement had been reached between Palestine and Israel which brought about a ceasefire at 1900Hrs UK time – the team discuss this and the bigger picture in the middle east.
In part 2, the guys go over the shocking case in Rotherham, England, where a report has come out and shed light on the most terrible of abuse scandals imaginable. If this is just one town, what does that say about the country on the whole, with 1400 kids being preyed on in this one case alone.
Finally Kev and the team give their thoughts on the ebola patient in the UK and his desire to go back to Sierra Leonne in the next few weeks to resume nursing – all this at a cost of £250k to us the taxpayer to bring him home for a treatment he couldve had in country – we smell bs, and perhaps what we are watching in this case is a drill in preparation for any genuine cases that may arise because of this current outbreak.
