Today we re-interviewed a guest we had on a couple of months back but because of technical issues wasn’t heard in it’s entirety and like the first time, it was sooo much fun speaking with Walter Hurd,author of “The Accelerated Soul:What You Can Learn From A Spiritual Master”

Walter Hurd has been a student of the spiritual master Walt Baptise for more than 40 years. Walter worked as a chef for 15 years in the Hungry Mouth restaurant, a health food restaurant that was part of the Baptiste Health & Spiritual Center in San Francisco, California. He also managed the Guru’s spiritual retreat in El Salvador, Central America for one year.
For 14 years Walter has applied his many years of self learning to help clients heal their suffering from physical, mental and/or emotional limitations. For the past 8 years Walter taught yoga and meditation at The Danville Yoga & Wellness Center in Danville, California. During his time there he introduced meditation privately to people interested in improving their lives, conducted workshops, and co-produced a number of retreats with fellow yoga teachers.
