Great news, tonight, Thursday, July 2, the start of the 4’th of July long weekend, Bob Gilpatrick from Boomers Forever Young will be featured on the Phoenix Rising Radio show to discuss the topic of: “Managing Your Mindset.”
We repeatedly hear from many of our Boomers Forever Young customers that one of their biggest challenges is experiencing too much stress in their life. Whether their stress is related to money, family responsibilities, past events, death of a loved one, health challenges, etc., everyone has some form of stress in their life. To bring this to light, did you know that the Mayo Clinic reports that 85% of all disease is related to stress. We can all have the best nutrition in the world, but if we do not learn how to control our stress, there is no doubt that left unchecked, our body will ultimately become diseased. For purposes of survival, everyone needs to learn how to control their mind and reduce their level of stress.
