The Taliban have taken 20 days to undo 20 years of ‘nation building’ & the war on terror as Kabul now sits under their control. Something is very wrong here & I discuss all the latest with NeSe as we try to game out what is going on geopolitically. We talk about the apparent stand down of over 300k Afghan soldiers that the US & allies trained, with images emerging of military hardware being handed over to the Taliban fighters by officers as they negotiate a peaceful takeover of power. We look at the potential for other superpowers in the background emboldening the Taliban with China top of my list of suspects.
In hour 2 we take things easier & open up the phones for Renzo Scriber to call in. We talk about Chessy, the water monster that Renzo claims to have seen!
