Should we be worried (again)? Yet another human case of the H7N9 bird flu was confirmed in Zhejiang province, making it the mainland’s fourth case within three weeks.

According to SCMP, a 64-year-old woman fell sick on October 30 and is now being hospitalized in critical condition.

Within the past month, three other outbreaks were reported starting at the beginning of October in Zhejiang, after the virus had been laying low for about two months. The next case, also in Zhejiang, was reported on October 15.

The third case was reported in a three-year-old boy in Dongguan, who was confirmed as having the virus on Tuesday. He is now in stable condition and expected to be sent home from the hospital soon.
