Dr. Matthew Arnegard has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Toxicology from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Neurobiology & Behavior from Cornell University. Prior to receiving those degrees he was a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship, which he used for studies and research in Chemical Engineering in Germany. Dr. Arnegard has worked in research institutions in Austin, Seattle, and Vancouver, Canada. He has authored 35 peer reviewed publications in top-tier science journals. Today, Dr. Arnegard is speaking to me from Washington DC, where he continues to work in the biomedical field, and I think COVID-19 is keeping him very busy at the moment.
In this interview, we discuss new emerging crimes that are taking center stage at the United Nations and other concerned organizations worldwide.
These crimes are not limited to: Predatory, group, organized stalking, workplace harassment, Bullying techniques (think Harvey Weinstein), and the use of electronic & neuro weapons.
