Big news on Friday, Ruth Bader-Ginsberg dies…and the fight over her Supreme Court seat is on in earnest. Democrats are already screaming about “fairness”…but given the actions we have seen out of the Left for the last four years (and longer), do we really owe them any degree of “fairness” when it comes to this decision (or any other important decision)? Or should we take this opportunity to correct a massive problem with the SCOTUS, a problem that RBG was emblematic of?
