Why are we nitpicking cops who shoot criminals, or people like the McCloskey’s or Kyle Ritterman who defend their lives…but yet we don’t nitpick the lives of actual criminals and scumbags like Jacob Blakc, George Floyd, or Brianna Taylor? This trend tells a very negative story about Black America. But there is another story to be told about Black America, as well…and this story–an aspirational, positive story and vision for Black America’s future–was told at the Republican Convention last week.
