When Aaron Arias, 19,  and Joel Harris, 17, hang out in their hometown of Dallas, TX, they spend large chunk of their time watching girls. Little did they know, their shared pastime would turn them into super heroes:

It was late at night on August 22nd when they saw a beautiful girl walking by and as they were checking her out and admiring her from afar, they noticed that she was looking at them from the backseat, as if to say, “HELP ME!!!”

So, they followed them and called 911. Cops finally cornered the suspect in Kaufman, TX after 20 harrowing minutes. The woman thanked them and was very grateful they were paying attention:

“The hugs, the tears, like, she was crying because she was beyond grateful,” Arias said.

“You don’t need a cape to be a hero,” Harris said. “You just have to be yourself and just respond.”
